Western countries shows different kind of opinions about a resolution against Israel prime leader Benjamin Netanyahu.
It is being said that something has happened that A resolution was introduced inside the international criminal court. It was said that the leader of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu should be arrested for the war crimes. After which USA stood in support of Israel and said that the sanction on ICC will be planted. This statement is huge in itself because ICC is not just represented by one country, it is a group of 120 countries. On the other hand European and Other western countries that once provide full support to Israel, now they support the resolution by saying that this step should take forward for humanity.
ICC(International Criminal Court) is a separate entity has no relation with ICJ (International Court of Justice). ICJ also known as World Court( Established in the year 1946). ICC has 120 members and established in the year 2002. Nad ICJ is directly related to the United Nations and it consists all United Nations members. ICJ Never prosecuted single individuals, mainly ICC prosecuted single individuals for Genoside, war crimes etc. India is not part of ICC members.
In the meantime of UKRAINE and RUSSIA war ICC passed a resolution against Putin and provide instructions to all member countries to arrest putin for war crimes. As South Africa is a part of ICC, that is the reason Putin not attend the BRICS summit.
The United States is part of the Criminal Court. They signed only its resolution has not been rectified in such a condition United States is not yet a part of ICC. Due to which the United States strengthened
strongly condemned in words. German and France backed The ICC resulation. Britain says that the Democratic country using self defence. Britain passed diplomatic answer and also shows support for Israel not using such strong statements to maintain all fronts.
1 US Secretary Mr. Blinken said " There is no questions we have too look at the appropriate steps to take to deal with what is a profoundly wrong-headed decision."
USA always opposed ICC and They introduced The Hague Invasion Act". According to this act if ICC arrest some personal of USA than they may sent their military to the Netherlands. Because Hague has the headquarter of ICC. They very well known if ICC can able to arrest some individual of any country than it can arrest their prime leaders also, because most of the war crime intentionally done by them to showcase the power and make other suffer to full fill their lust. Israel has terrorism issue but not for USA. USA dose intentionally to make money that's it.
In recent time wee saw that there's is shifting of geopolitical conditions. Most of the Western countries don't want to play a part of USA entity and want to stand their own individual part independently in respect their political interests. Israel loses West countries support. And also Western entity like Ireland, Spain and Norway recognised Palestine as a country. So in future Israel may face strong difficulties.
